Order Processing Time:

• In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days.

• Custom and Perfectly You Custom orders are made to order and may take up to 10 business days to ship.

Shipping Methods:
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and destination of your package. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey to your door.

Delivery Times:
Transit times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that once an order leaves our facility, delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.
