Collection: Scrubs & Body Treatments

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of products are in this collection?

This collection includes body scrubs, facial scrubs, exfoliating treatments, masks, and targeted body treatments. These are the products that go beyond daily maintenance — they remove dead skin buildup, draw out impurities, boost circulation, and create the conditions for your moisturizers and serums to work more effectively.

How often should I exfoliate?

For most skin types, two to three times per week is the sweet spot for body exfoliation. Facial skin is more delicate and typically benefits from one to two times per week. Over-exfoliating can strip the skin’s protective barrier and lead to sensitivity, redness, or breakouts — more is not always better.

What’s the difference between a sugar scrub and a salt scrub?

Sugar granules are rounder and dissolve as you scrub, making them gentler and better suited for sensitive skin, the face, and the décolleté. Salt crystals are more angular and provide a more intensive exfoliation, ideal for rougher areas like feet, elbows, and knees. Both leave skin soft and smooth — it’s a matter of intensity and where you’re using them.

Are your scrubs safe for sensitive skin?

Our sugar-based scrubs are generally well-tolerated by sensitive skin because of the naturally dissolving quality of sugar granules. For very reactive skin, avoid scrubbing over active breakouts, open cuts, or sunburned areas. Our unscented scrub options eliminate fragrance as a potential irritant.

How do I get the most out of a body scrub?

Apply your scrub to damp skin in the shower or after a bath, use gentle circular motions, and rinse thoroughly with warm water. Follow immediately with a body butter, oil, or lotion while skin is still slightly damp. The combination of fresh exfoliation and immediate moisturization is what delivers that noticeably soft, glowing result.

Do your scrubs contain microplastics or synthetic exfoliants?

No. All of our scrubs use natural physical exfoliants — sugar, sea salt, ground botanicals, or similar plant-derived materials. We don’t use microbeads or synthetic plastic exfoliants, which were widely used in conventional scrubs before being banned in many countries due to their environmental impact on waterways and aquatic life.
