One question I get frequently is where to find unbiased, reputable information on Essential Oils. I can only speak to the information and references I use and I will attest while there is a lot of good information out there, there is a lot of very dangerous information so please do your research and don't blindly follow someone's advice just because they have a pretty website or lots of "followers".
My Essential Oil "bible", the one book I would not be without is Essential Oil Safety by Robert Tisserand. It is comprehensive and is a great reference book when I'm looking up specifications or details on a particular oil. It is expensive but well worth the investment.
The Tisserand Institute also has a website, http://tisserandinstitute.org/ and a Facebook Page, https://www.facebook.com/RobertTisserandEssentialTraining/ that are worth checking out.
Essential Oil University, www.essentialoil.org has a wonderful online Essential Oil Database (there is a charge for access).
