How to Smudge:

1. Open windows or doors to allow energy and smoke to exit the space
2. Light the tip of your smudge stick and let it burn for 3–10 seconds, then gently blow it out so it smolders
3. Fan the smoke with your feather over yourself, then over your space or objects
4. Speak or think your intention—what are you releasing or inviting in?
