If you choose to use your voucher online, the voucher code needs to be entered with an IW prefix (so voucher ABC12d would be entered IWABC12d) in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" box on the checkout screen.
The only item they are not valid for use on are Gift Cards (you can't buy a gift card with a gift card).
